Counselling
Reaching out for counselling or therapy can feel like a big step and finding the right therapist truly matters. One of the strongest predictors of success in therapy is the connection you feel with the person you are working with: feeling comfortable, understood, supported, and able to be yourself without fearing judgment.
I am Laurie Milling, an RSW Psychotherapist with 32+ years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through difficult seasons, personal growth, and life transitions. I work with individuals who may be seeking a single session or ongoing support.
My approach is warm, person-centred, and tailored to your individual needs, incorporating CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy.
I welcome clients aged 12 and over who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life stress, loneliness, addiction and behavioural addictions, relationship difficulties, adolescent struggles, parenting challenges and more.
My Journey Begins
Sanguinity Counselling and Psychotherapy was founded in 2012 from a deep commitment to person-centred mental health and wellbeing. Built on the belief that people deserve compassionate, trauma-informed care, Sanguinity offers a space where empathy, understanding, and support come together. In 2020, the in-person office closed due to the pandemic, and services have continued virtually and by telephone since that time.
Your Well-being Matters
At Sanguinity Counselling and Psychotherapy, your emotional health is a priority. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and work towards a more fulfilling life.
